I became a nutritionist when my mother in law was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s and I wasn’t convinced that “nothing could be done”. I dove into the research and found that nutrition and lifestyle can make a HUGE difference for preventing and slowing down the progression of Alzheimer’s. And these same changes make the menopause transition easier. I’m also a mama of 3, based in Langley, BC; I love food (especially a good curry!) and adventures in the great outdoors.
